    We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for peak wedding and event seasons. We typically require at least 2-3 months' notice for bookings, but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests.

    Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to provide mobile bar services. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.

    Yes, we can create a custom cocktail menu based on your preferences and event theme. We can also help you come up with creative and unique signature cocktails to make your event stand out.

    Yes, we can provide glassware for an additional fee. We offer a variety of glassware options to fit your event's theme and style.

    Setup typically takes 1-2 hours

    depending on the size and

    complexity of the bar setup. We will work with you to determine the best time to arrive and set up for your event.

    Due to state laws, we are unable to supply or sell alcohol. However, we do carry Liquor Liability insurance which allows serving alcohol for any event. We are happy to help you choose the right types and quantities of alcohol to ensure that your guests have a great experience.

    We typically provide one bartender for every 50-75 guests. We can adjust the number of bartenders based on the size of your event and your specific needs.

    Absolutely! We offer a wide variety of non-alcoholic options, including sodas, juices, and mocktails.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy


    • In the event of cancellation by the Client, the Bartender shall retain the non-refundable deposit.


    • If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the event, the Client shall be responsible for paying 

    $150 in addition to the non-refundable deposit.


    • If cancellation occurs within 3 days prior to the event, the Client shall be responsible for paying the full contract amount.
